Shipping Costs
Shipping costs start from €7.50 up to 2 kg.
Shipping costs increase with weight/volume. Weight/volume is the ratio between the actual weight and the total space occupied by the package.
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs are always paid by the buyer and are non-refundable.
Deliveries and Shipping
The courier we appoint (GLS, SDA, BRT, UPS) will deliver the package to the address indicated on the order.
DecoratioAquarium (change German and Dutch names for the corresponding websites) and the companies appointed for transportation are committed to respecting delivery times, which generally occur within 24-48 hours. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the region, weather conditions, and/or public holidays.
Decorazioniacquario reserves the right to verify, suspend, or completely cancel, at its sole discretion, the fulfillment of any of the obligations arising from the sales contract. This applies in the event of alleged fraud, non-compliance, or a breach of obligations undertaken by the user towards Decorazioniacquario under previous sales contracts.
Acceptance
Upon delivery, the Customer must verify that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the tracking email and that the packages are intact, undamaged, untampered with, or wet, including the sealing materials. Any complaints must be raised immediately with the courier; otherwise, the goods are considered properly delivered. Once the courier's delivery note has been signed, no complaints regarding the external condition of the goods are permitted. Acceptance must be made with "Subject to Inspection"; in the event of obvious damage or tampering, the driver must sign with "Specific Submission." Return requests for damaged products will not be accepted without acceptance with reservation. Shipment Tracking
All customers who purchase from Decorazioniacquario will receive an email confirming shipment and a tracking number so they can independently monitor the progress of their shipment. Estimated Delivery Times
Decoratio's couriers expect delivery within 24-72 hours. However, delivery times may be subject to change due to force majeure, particular traffic and general road conditions, or orders from authorities. Any delays in delivery cannot be attributed to or attributable to Decorazioniacquario. The final choice of courier will be managed by Decorazioniacquario, which will decide which courier to entrust with the delivery based on the type of package. The chosen courier will be the same as the one selected (for example, GLS, SDA, UPS, BRT). It's not possible to specify a delivery time; couriers deliver during their normal business hours, 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, and you must be present to receive your package.
